Frame is holding your compusure, when others try to antagonize you.

Frame is blocking out the insults, compliments, and anything that can't be classified as fact.

Frame is having some certainty in who you are and what you've been through, what you will go through, and they way you want to do it.

Turns out, passive aggressive acts are the opposite of what men should be. Especially if that behavior takes the place of frame.
