I’m guilty of growing up for 25 years with no sense of anything, however the last 2 years I’ve had frame with women but not with friends, colleagues and family.
I’m sick of validating people with my speech, even if they don’t provide value to me I’m not going to really Engage other than greet etc.
I only used to manipulate or frame vs valuable people.
I’m reading meditations now and going stoic.
I’m really accepting it’s just me and what I’m worth, I don’t have a mum and I’m not going to let people recognise my independence and pull me away from it.
At work managers don’t let me isolate myself to work better they don’t believe in independence but I’m going to frame myself as calm, kind, independent and do well.
Before I pledge the rest of my life literally never confiding in anyone and maintaining my value the way I think I should be can someone just tell me if this is correct?
From the receptionist to the colleague in the kitchen, the friend in the gym, the associate in the pub the former colleague in the supermarket cue. All family and everyone I’m not validating anyone.
I’ve noticed people treat me better when I don’t really speak to them or do anything that would be considered high interest with women. Speech validates people. People will do more if they like you and they like me more if I’m not goofy.
This is a big issue for me and if you can give me a red pill opinion I’d be very appreciative.
