I recently joined a fraternity and while I love the guys in it, many of them reak of betaness. We are a social organization and we do throw parties but god do some of these dudes make me cringe. My problem is constantly being surrounded by this sort of behavior does not help build my character. Some of these guys are just not ever going to budge no matter what sort of advice I might throw out. What would you guys suggest I do? There are some brothers who are not as bad but they are vastly outnumbered. I am also in a leadership position.
