I used to wait about 4+ months to even tell a girl I was interested (got declined always). My friend suggested that I ask a girl within a couple of days meeting her. This advice has gotten me my only date so far. Is this what I'm supposed to be doing? I'm curious on what the standard procedure TRP guys use to even meet a girl. Can someone walk me through some typical cases (or provide a link that demonstrates some common situations)?

After that, my friend noted that I don't really know how to "tease" or flirt. I don't know what flirting means. Can someone share some pointers, or a good resource they used to learn how to do this?
