So I'm fairly new, however slowly but surely learning the ways. Implementing what I've learned, I am starting to pull about 2-3 new girls' numbers every night out. I've found that small talk is starting to come a bit easier (especially after a few drinks) and being direct ('Hey you should give me your number') is really working...but now what? Considering that I meet most of these girls at house parties, I don't completely know the next steps. Are small-talk texting conversations a few days later the next move? I've always found this a bit creepy with women that I meet at parties. Do you guys prefer to wait and invite them out the next weekend?

TLDR: I get the phone numbers. They leave. The school week starts. How do I maintain contact without being weird?
