A weekend back I pulled a girl at the college bar, grinded with her, went back to my place and smoked. We watched some tv, she fell asleep, when she woke up we hooked up a bit. Nothing crazy, just second base. I went to the bathroom and when I came back she said she had to leave, which was fine with me since I was exhausted.

A night or two later I sent her a friend request on Facebook saying I had fun hanging out. She's since blocked me completely on Facebook, I can't even see her profile.

We go to the same school so it's not like we're total strangers. Was it just poor hookup form to friend her on Facebook after that caused this?
