No woman wants to be asked to improve, or change. Women want the final product, not to change themselves or be challenged to change - that is a masculine task. Women will nope out of a relationship fast as fuck when you make them look inwardly to change, so just find a woman who is closer to what you had in mind and stop wasting your time trying to change people.
