So my friend works as a delivery driver and meets many people on his routes, recently he met a musician who invited him to a jazz club he is performing at tonight. Agreed to tag along with buddy because why the hell not? in the last couple months ive turned into a recluse and figured its time to come out of my shell, I'm a pretty good looking 23 year old semi fit, that has no excuse for sitting around on Saturday night.

I've only very recently (last december) found out about TRP by mistake(BEST FUCKING MISTAKE OF MY LIFE SO FAR) and have been swallowing the pill slowly but surely everytime I get the chance to read up and digest.

Lifting more, reading 48 laws of power, dropped smoking, working like a workhorse, but not going out enough to socialize. Not going to lie it sucks being shy as fuck especially when there is no excuse. Just like the title says i want to get comfortable with the idea of rejection. It's natural, there are plenty of fish in the sea, my issue is the hamster wheel that starts turning as soon as I see a pretty girl. I rationalize myself to shyness and end up alienating myself in the process.

Any tips on staying mentally calm? This has been my Achelies Heel because no matter my fashion, alpha body composure, rehearsed lines and negs, beta tendencies win over everytime. (sorta like LMRing myself right before interaction) I appreciate comments, ideas, "GO LIFT MORE DUMBASS" "SIDEBAR" etc. and whatever else you guys throw at me.
