Feels like I'm good at holding frame when I do talk with people...problem is, actually approaching and getting to the "talking" part.

Currently going out, high-fiving random people like an autist, saying good morning/good evening etc, getting in questions like "where is the near place to eat" etc to random groups of people or just 1on1 with both women and men. That said, there's still this major "gap" it seems between randomly talking to people on the street and talking with women where I know my intention is to approach "sexually", you know...

What should I do to fasten my progress?
