Got co-worker's number without building attraction/showing intent, is it even worth it trying to make plans with her ? Or is this most likely gonna be a flake?

TL DR: I casually chatted her up(built rapport) then asked for her number at work on break, but didnt say any intentful lines. Is asking for the number a good way to show intent? Also how should I move forward now?

I got this girls number at work by asking for it after having a casual conversation but I didnt say anything flirtatious or clearly intending to show her I liked her. I didnt escalate because we were talking in a workplace lunchroom and I felt uneasy verbally expressing any intent beyond just asking her for her number.

I know you're supposed to show intent and build rapport before asking for a number but I fucked up because I never been in a workplace situation like this. I did build rapport by conversing with her about her childhood( she told me funny childhood story) and I definitely built comfort by doing so.

Since I didnt escalate, is it even worth it trying to meet up with her, and if so, how? Because of how busy we are I'm probably never gonna be able to chat with her again at work (we have different break times), which is why I asked for the number initially. Is asking for her number an acceptable way of showing intent?
