For the last few months, I've been kicking my life in overdrive:
I try to improve my social skills/games by going out more. I'm also lifting at minimum 4 times a week while adding sessions of hiking, trying out new cooking recipes, bouldering and badminton.
Those aspects combined with the fact that I work 40 hours a week and study for my masters make it so I'm freaking exhausted that I need at least one day a week where I'm a lazy slob.
Also, If I focus too much on one aspect of my life, others will take a hit. (I.e: If I do more sports, I have less time to socialize and game isn't natural yet for me so I forget basic shit. Or If I party too much, I lose a day or two of lifting. So I feel the need to juggle everything at once.
I need some help figuring out on how I should think or act in order to avoid crashing and burning and losing all habits and hobbies im doing.
p.s: I love everything I do but it gets exhausting. Also, I feel I need to always be improving because my '' Natural'' SMV is low ( South East Asian, Ok Face, 5'5).
