Long time lurker, first post. I am a good looking, fit, intelligent, funny guy. But alas I have very little game and a fairly poor track record of sealing the deal. My best chances with women have always been with coworkers, b/c they see me in my natural state as a hard-working, ambitious, fun office mate. Women in the workplace have always been very attracted to me, and it doesn't matter how beautiful they are, I speak intelligently, confidently, and humorously with them without hesitation.

This girl joined our team a few months ago, and we've developed a pretty solid relationship, and I can feel a huge mutual attraction. She invited me over to her place to jam (we're both musicians) and we had such an awesome time. She was wearing a pajama-like outfit that screamed (at least in my mind), "fuck me...". We got a bit stoned and I played guitar and she sang, we were laughing and having a great time, and we sounded really good together. I value our jobs and she and I are both in relationships, so I didn't make a move (typical me). But we've had a few messages back and forth and it seems like our interest and attraction is none the worse for wear.

I am going back over to her house later next week to play more music. Seeing as how I kept things largely platonic at this last rendezvous, aside from a couple small flirty comments and touches, how can I escalate things without seeming like I'm coming out of left field? I am trying to think of subtle little ways to steer things towards more of the romantic side, e.g. saying to her tomorrow, "I never have looked forward to a Monday before, until I knew it meant I get to see you." Type thing. What I really want to tell her is how incredible her ass looked in those little leggings and that all I've been able to think about for the last couple days is how good she would look naked! Bad idea? Being completely honest with myself, I am largely a "nice guy", so I can't stray too much from that image. How can I make things sexy and not creepy. I know she thinks I am super hot. I have a fairly unique look that doesn't appeal to most/all women, but to the ones it does, they're all about it.

She is super chill and emotionally intelligent, and I am not overly concerned about any fall out from this random office hook-up, so I have considered this angle.
