idk where else to turn

the girl i've been obsessed about 5-6 years,thinking about her daily,my oneitis,just found that she has a boyfriend,im currently crying in my room,the pain is too much

what to do,please someone talk to me

i have a job,i lift,but im not talking to anyone currently,have no real life friends

she bullied in my high school and i still loved her,now i see her instagram,her life is great,i can't cope,im crying so hard

i need to fix my life asap and get over her PLEASE
