Aside from what has already been mentioned, maybe do a little bit of research on the company, you're going to be speaking to an older man. Basic courtesy will go a long way. Also, don't be afraid to be nervous - even say so if you need to.

Last but not least, remember what you're going for is a job. Keep some level of professionalism, you might be able to get away with saying of course you play a lot of Fifa at the weekend, but telling them things like "lighting a blunt with the homies" will remove any chance of you having a job with them.

Except for what /u/TheDoland2k16 said, don't overdo everything like staring out the person who's interviewing you.

Wear a button down shirt and dress pants

Make sure you shave and are neatly groomed

Smile

Look whoever you are talking to in the eye

Speak clearly, like you are excited. Do not mumble

Shake any man's hand you come across firmly

Make sure you highlight how you will be good at customer service. These types of positions, the more you talk about customer service and why you are good at it, the better. Make customer service the focus of your interview.

"It's a conversation not an interrogation". I forget where I heard that, but go into it with that mentality. Don't try to worry about what's going to be asked, just relax and answer the stuff as if anyone else was asking you.

And don't look at it like some big boss guy wants to see if you have what it takes to join his club.. employees cost a lot of money, they wouldn't be looking for another unless they needed you. You're the prize. And you can do a better job than Mr. skinny-jeans that interviews ahead of you, and the entitled cry-ass girl that goes behind you.
