Met with Plate for three times. The second time she came late and I explained to her, that I like I don´t like this. The last time she came late again. I said again, that I don´t like this behaviour. Instead of an excuse she explained why waiting is not that bad and its just her way of living. For me its showing lack of respect for my time. She did make fun of it and even said that she can see, that this bothers me, with a smile. How do you react in those situations?

Anyway not gonna meet her again and nexted.
