Bring a camera and make her pose for you. She probably won't bring enough water and will mess up her feet so bring mole skin. Make sure you know your shit, don't get lost. Her hunger will be ravenous, feed her. Laugh a lot, joke a lot, and if she doesn't respond well, don't be bitter the rest of the hike. You're doing this for you, not to impress her.

She is coming along and you will make sure she is taken care of because that's what men do. As for rape accusations, I would personally download an app on my phone and buy a spare battery offline to record EVERYTHING. Bring it up jokingly and anything you do, make her state consent.

If she is being a huge cunt, just start walking a she will come running after. Joke about bears, wolves, coyotes too.

I like active dates. I can get her sweating, I can command her to keep up (great teasing), or show her how things are done (cant really do that last one for hiking however). Enjoy yourself and take in the scenery, make some good conversation and don't worry about things going south. If you're having fun, which is whats really important, shes having fun. If things are going really well and you're good with escalation hike up to a more private spot for some alone time. Have fun buddy.
