The rule is that if you behave with manners (like holding a door open) you have to grunt like a caveman if the other person says "thank you"- otherwise it's very beta and submissive.

I'm courteous to everyone man or woman. I think consistency in character shows principle and integrity. It is only a beta move when you are nice just to girls because you want something or fake as fuck.

If you do it as a rule, then it becomes you - not weak at all.

Questions like this show that you're insecure and your frame needs work.

The whole idea of improving yourself into work on you. You shouldn't be coming to us with personal questions about likes and morals. TRP doesn't care what you do in your life to help people, what girls you like, where you go to the gym, who you find attractive, your hobbies ECT.

You answer personal stuff for yourself. You don't need our blessing.

Now my personal opinion is there are way too few people out there that know how do do basic acts of kindness. I say keep that up.
