You're 19; what's going in your life right now? Did you just graduate from some kind of school? Are you about to? Are you about to start some kind of school? Are you getting a new job?
Teenage wounds hurt as much or more than adult ones, but they come with a unique opportunity to heal, the cleansing waters of exposure to big new worlds. Cutting her off was the right thing to do. Hopefully you'll soon start a new phase of life and meet lots of new people. Throw yourself into your new work, try not to think about her too much, force yourself to socialize even when you fail to get her out of your head, and odds are some other girl will be on your mind 24/7 soon.
If it was really a meaningful and solid friendship on both sides, it's possible that you could reconnect platonically in a few years, but for now, keep her cut off.

The way that you describe this girl is what the community may refer to as a "unicorn", but for lack of a better term, we will call her "marriage material". I use the terms loosely, as both of you are young but maybe I can tell you how I see it from my angle.
I can tell you that most Middle Eastern girls are bred to become these perfect "marriage material" women, but life happens and daddy and mommy can't protect them forever. Ideally, everyone wants to be perfect, but the world doesn't work that way.
The reason for her sticking by you for so long may be because she does not know any better. If she has that firm beliefs on sex to "back out" last minute, then it may allude to this girl being pretty naive in general about relationships. What she learns from relationships, love, sex, etc is what she sees from her own parents. Are her parents still together?
The girl is rich. The reason you don't have to pay for her is because she is fulfilled financially by her parents that care enough to make sure all her needs are met. The dad probably thinks it's cute and puppy love what you guys are going through. For your future relationship, try to see what the girl is lacking, and fulfill her in that way. It's like teaching a fish to swim freestyle.
"(she legit doesn't do boyfriends anymore, not for the past 4 years, knew each and everything about her life, it was kind of like being married, but having a dead bedroom. She never went out without telling me where exactly she was going. Not that she went out a lot, like once every 2-3 weeks.)"
I would consider reading this a couple times until you see the bias of what you're saying. Ultimately, you don't know what this girl was doing all the time, and if she is as beautiful as you say she is, then you also know that she probably gets hit on all the times, and can easily get what she wants from other men who are aged.
Read books and concentrate on yourself. Continue lifting and dig deeper into your already set passions, are seek new ones. You can have any woman you want if you focus on yourself for a little bit. Maybe she will even come back to you if you do it right.

Fuck... the asses on them Egyptian girls am I right? The arab parents are an obvious barrier. Was she raised in the states and where did you meet here? I'd like to know as I like to work Arab girls. Can't tell if being asian is an advantage or disadvantage.
Whats the exact question? I cant give you much input other than you clearly have a case of the oneitis. You must have not met enough women to care about her so much, although its understandable that you were both pretty close, you could have made a move but that opportunity is long gone.
You're obviously young so you have plenty of time to meet other women and the best time is often NOW. I have loneliness, social anxiety and other bullshit as well, its a complex mess. Good luck to you.
