I have a specific situation. I'm about to embark on some travels in about a month or two, depending on how much money I save and make selling off some belongings. My lease ended, so between now and before I travel, I'm crashing at a friend's place. My room is in a semi-isolated part of the house so it's not like I'm couch surfing. He's a family man and my place isn't very conducive toward having women over (though I've managed it twice so far). There's a lot of foot traffic, a kid and a teenager romping around and I want to stay in my buddy's wife's good graces.

So, I have 3 plates at the moment. Mostly we have sex at her place. What's the best way to hit "pause" with them so I can resume banging them when I come back? What's a good way to slow down my rate of sex with them (currently at about once a week/once every other week, depending on the plate).

As a more general question, what do you recommend is the best way to keep a girl as a plate when she texts you way more than you text her and seems to want to escalate time spent with you? I've kept to just sex so far and have refused to be a boyfriend in any capacity to any of them, but I feel like I'll be experiencing push-back with at least one of them.

Answer that won't help me: "just get new plates when you come back". My game ain't great, fellas. It's clearly not the worst considering I have plates in the first place, but I've easily gone for months at a time with just one plate. I've actually backburnered that one for these new three.
