I think a key aspect of frame isn’t that it’s solely garnered through mindset - let me explain.

You have certain qualities that make you feel fuckable, manly, and all around enough. When your frame isn’t solid, it means you have an unconfident and deceptive frame. It will crack under pressure of a woman above your power level.

So, if frame is the goal then you have to be the prize. You want an unshakeable frame? Be unshakeable. Lift, stack that money, improve your life and your frame will naturally shift to one of abundance because that’s the truth. This shit can’t be faked. If you’re an omega loser, frame isn’t even a concept that should be worked on outside of building passive values that will coalesce into stronger frame overall.

Think of frame as the by-product of improvement overall. If you are noticing gains you’ll feel and act like it, the main piece of theory that would follow are the shit tests that allow you to prove frame and not buckle. It’s intuitive and not learned. Sidebar.

The only thing I can think of building your frame is to face your fears, rise against challenges, fail, learn from mistakes, put yourself in high pressure situations (that will allow you to grow). Frame is built from adversity and your success.

So when you are in a tough situation, your frame will tell you that you have been through things 10x worst and bounced back. Next time you are in that situation you will subconsciously muscle through it. This is why adversity is important for frame. Success is self-explanatory. When you are capable and confident, it helps you in tight situations.

You dont. Its too much work. It must be effortless. So only way is to build. Build it through failures, testing, working, winning and the failing again.
