Maybe it just comes with time and experience, something I don't really have much yet when dealing with certain types or people or balancing my own emotions, but I noticed that my mind becomes really fixated on assholes and the only thing that will keep them from popping in my mind when I just want to relax or do other things is to accept it as reality. I understand that TRP is pretty much that, learning how the river flows and how to move with it seemlessly in your own path, but recently it's been tough understanding which currents I am not understanding well enough to move with (if that makes any sense). I think the feeling of anger is associated with a problem that you have the power to resolve, while depression and sadness are things that are generally out of your control and have no means of resolving (like the passing of someone/pet you cared about but cannot revive physically).

Anyways, despite the odds that are against me, how are ways that I can hold a frame that keeps me in flow (focused state) longer without emotions taking the best of me? The problem I have with the novice IDGAF attitude/state-of-mind (unrefined) is that by disregarding everything I miss things that I should regard and learn from but by default are much easier to ignore. There are some things that I do want to reflect on and would like to learn from, but can be difficult to access in the dirty places when IDGAF attitude saves you the headache. So, in that case how do you adjust your frame to be more receptive and less receptive of your surroundings? How can I practice this? Thanks.
