A girl flaked on my proposal to come to my place, I stopped responding to her texts now she want's to see me. I really want to fuck her cuz I'm a beta bitch and going out with girls happens rarely. What do I do?

Long version:

Story: About a week ago I met some girls at a bar. We were pretty drunk and I kissed with one the whole night . Helped her go home, but she said she's not alone so I can't come in - if I find her the next day, she will be alone. I find her, we go out in the evening. It's pretty bad, I'm boring, but at least I act high confidence. I try to lead the night. We kiss, but at the end of the night she's 'not alone' again. The next 2-3 days I'm not in the city. Only she chats me up and I answer shortly. On the 4th day morning, I'm back and I ask her to come to my place. She's flaky but agrees. We chat for a little longer and it get's hotter. Later she writes me but I'm busy. When the time comes I tell her I'm free and she can come. She disappears. The next day she says "mm". I answer with "?", and she with "?". I've had it and don't reply. Later she says hi. I ignore her texts. An hour ago she asked me to go out with her. What do I do?

Backstory: I have almost no experience with women. I'm 23 and have had only one relationship, lasted 3 years, ended 5 months ago, the sex was horrible. Never been on a date, never had a girl show that she likes me. I'm bad with men too.

I have a not bad body, leaning to the skinny side a bit. 1.80 tall, 75kgs, about 9% body fat. Finishing university this year. Have a job that pays about 2 times what 'normal' people get. Not ugly, but not handsome. The biggest problem are my social skills.
