To make a long story short - I'm 25, took the pill a few months ago. I know the sidebar and I've read the rational male. I try to eat reasonably well and I've been lifting for 4+ months regularly now.
Obviously my problem lies in applying the knowledge to my everyday life.
My whole life I've been an introvert but in the last few years I became much more social in my everyday life - since then I find myself constantly longing for external stimulus. I feel almost addicted to it and when there's none I quickly slip into a depressive episode and my will to do anything goes away. Also catching oneitis is very easy for me, although it goes away somewhat fast, so atleast there's that. I guess the last one has its source in my f'd up childhood, mommy issues and so on but moving on.
How do I find the strength to overcome this addiction? How do I become atleast somewhat content with what happens within and now instead of constantly chasing another external thing to make me happy? Thanks in advance lads.
