I read the side bar and nmmng and i know what right and wrong but in situations that need fast thinking i find myself doing what a beta would do. Is there a solution for this? Because before taking the redpill i was ignorant and happy but after reading redpill content and acting beta any way it's just like torture. I'm trapped in my beta brain.
