SMV for men: Your sexappeal as a man, which mostly depends on (short-term, interactive) behavior (psychological attractiveness, especially emotional stability/stoicism or "Frame"), largely indicating a man's status. Secondly, it depends to a lesser, but quite important, degree, on a man's looks (physical aspect of attractiveness). Physical attractiveness is to a large contribution genetically predetermined, but can be improved massively by lifting, healthy diet as well as clothing/style.

SMV for women: Your sexappeal as a woman, which is mostly determined by her looks (physical attractiveness) and to a lesser, but quite important, degree by her (short-term, interactive) behavior (psychological aspect, especially emotional stability, neuroticism). Looks are the most important factor that men seek for in a woman, but looks fade with time.

In order to qualify for a LTR, the RMV (relationship market value: long-term goals, mission, emotional compatibility, financial stability etc.) has to be considered. SMV and RMV are the two primary aspects with which women and men judge a potential partner. SMV ignites short-term attraction and leads to sex. RMV ignites long-term attraction and leads to a stable relationship. SMV and RMV are the main indicators with which women categorize men into the Alpha fucks and beta bucks categories.

A guy who has a high SMV but lacks RMV is a classical Chad or even a dark triad type of character who slays pussy but has nothing else going in his life. A guy who has a high RMV but lacks SMV is a classical Billy who might have a wife but nonexistent sex-life.

The goal is to increase your SMV first and foremost (e.g. Lift) and not forget to work on your RMV (e.g. mission).
