Guys, i'm not fully convinced regarding the way a man breaks-up.

I'm thinking about breaking up with my LTR and i don't know, it's better to tell her exactly what made you take this step ( because sincerely i feel this need, to feel free let's say) or to be direct and give her no explainings(i recognize this way would be a little bit hard for me)?
