I think its a flaw to prepare a specific conversation. You've already spoke to her a few times and seen her, she has also seen you. If she likes you, she'll help you out. If she doesn't like you, she won't.

In that situation i would just be charismatic when i enter. "hello! what's up!" "woah, you look different today, what'd you do?!" "nice, looks good" etc etc then go into "lets hang out, ill text you soon (hand her your phone)". I'd also slip in how beautiful she looks today as well since each day a woman refreshes her sense of how she looks and seeks attention for it constantly. That's it. That's assuming you have the prior skills to make all that work properly. If not then go get drunk and practice at the club until you're confident naturally. #1 thing is you need to fuck a lot of girls to not give a fuck what new ones think as much.
