Hey guys. I figured this would be a good place to get some advice on this.

So up until I was 12/13 I walked with a good level of confidence and self esteem. I could interact with anyone and viewed the world as a 'safe place'. Hell I even got a blow job when I was 13 lol. I'd be in a classroom and I'd have the entire room including the teacher laughing hysterically.

Then secondary school started and every day I started to get beat up. I stood out because I couldn't speak any English as me and my mum had moved to another country. We moved when I was 8 years old but kids where nice until secondary school (high school I assume in America).

I couldn't defend myself physically and didn't have a voice. I was exploited and beaten so much in those years that at 16 I walked out of that school looking like Theon Greyjoy from GoT after he was tortured and castrated. Literally. With the internal fire I used to have burnt out.

Now I am 21 and have, for half a decade, tried to escape this state of extreme anxiety. When I am around unfamiliar people the anxiety gets so bad sometimes that it literally makes me unable to think properly.

I will take on every bit of advice and put it to good use. I've sorted out nutrition, I eat a very clean diet with no bullshit. I've quit smoking for a year (Picked up smoking and using drugs/alcohol habits as a coping mechanism).

I appreciate any help! Thanks in advance
