Lately I've been doing somewhat better with my entire mindset but I'm still battling what we'd call morning depression. I currently have a job where I work evenings into the night. I work 4 or 5 pm to 10 pm or midnight. I usually go to bed between 1 and 3 am.

The second half of every day I'm fine. Good energy and productivity. But the first half of every day is miserable. My bed feels like a trap that I can't get up out of. I'm trying to let go of all porn use but it doesn't matter if I delete it all; I'll still search it up as I lay in bed in the morning. And since I'm all alone in my room with no obligations, I fall into the trap every time. That's when I eventually wake up. I'll sleep as long as possible and then not have any time to get anything done before going into work. This all results in me also not eating a good breakfast, if any at all, and then having no energy in the gym when I go right before work. Then being fatigued.

In summary, my mornings are terrible and I can't get up and moving because I'm still depressed about my life and a past breakup. Every day I tell myself tomorrow I'll get up earlier and eat a good breakfast but then I sleep forever and jack off. I'm looking for tips on things I can do or change up to help get me out of this spiral. Thank you in advance :)
