I am a college Sophomore originally from a Spanish-speaking country but my English is at least hearable. However, I feel the way I approach other (both men and women) is not the best. I try to make corny jokes out of any situation and I might end up saying or asking something generic. Even a guy told me that might act awkward. What should I do?
