There are a lot of girls who are attracted to me but I don't know how to get them back to my apartment for sex.

Most of these girls are party girls and the few I have hook up with happen completely random.

I want to get to where if I'm bored on a weekday I can have someone come over and spend the night or hook up. How do I accomplish this ?
