I have seen this girl around my building (im in college). We have talked pretty briefly a few times, and she is cute. I feel that I have a higher SMV then her. I want to get her snap. Would it be weird to add her on instagram and dm her? If I were to, what would I say to get her snap? I fucked her friend freshman year, I don't know if that would have any affect, and I don't care if it is a "too-forward" way to go about it.
