How can a 'pleb' who does not want to be one anymore network with and connect with people in power and get to the top in terms of being an influencer, an insider, as someone who is fast friends with those in politics, businesses etc and become a member of such elite groups himself.

P.S please no trolling its a genuine question that came into my mind after reading some of Ryan Holiday's books and 48Laws of power.
