There is a girl at work (yeah I know dont shit where you eat, but i dont really care about this job and will soon leave). We have flirted a lot, teased a lot, got a bit close, she seems interested.

One time she had a bad day because she made a mistake for which she got a penalty on her salary. I saw her talking with the team leader. After while, I went to her and asked her what were they talking about. My question was good intentioned and full of empathy. She reacted very bitchy, saying something along the lines of "pls dont bother me". I didn't react, just left. Then I couldn't hold it and i asked her calmly "why are you acting like an idiot?" to which she answered that she is very angry about what happened (the mistake and the penalty) and she has tachycardia and a headache and doesn't wanna talk about it anymore because she wants to calm down - she said this in a very bitchy way, which made me feel like she doesn't respect me. I thought to myself "Would ahe behave like this with me if she considered me alpha?". I didn't want to kiss her ass and apologize, I just left and decided to be silent and stop talking to her. I didn't talk to her all day and avoided her. She acts mad too, doesn't talk to me either. Today I didn't kbkw what to do. I didn't want to ignore her completely and not even say Hi because maybe I will look like butthurt and taking her too seriously, but on the other hand if I cave in and talk to her first doesn't it break my frame?

What ia the correct thing to do here?

The day passed without me saying a word to her, and by the end to the shift she caved in and talked to me. We got in a same working place by chance and she "accidentally" took something mine and I raised my eyebrows, to which she said jokingly "don't raise your eyebrows" to which i just half smiled and said "or what" and left.

Yeah, she talked first, but now seems less interested in me. Did this situation killed the attraction or she tests me?
