There are these two girls I know, I met both of them recently, and they have only met each other recently. They are both new in town so they don't have many social connections.

Now, I like one of them and felt that there was mutual attraction, but the other one seems to have called dibs on me. I tried to kiss the one I like and she said that I was going to ruin the only friendship she had. Needless to say she wouldn't kiss and I haven't gotten the opportunity to ask her out alone. Is she not interested after all?
