Hey guys, long time lurker here on redpill but i've only tried applying the methods from the sidebar for a month or so.

So i'm as beta as can be and am the kind of dude to fall in love with every girl that shows a bit of interest in me...it happend for a while now since my last LTR about 3 years ago and i always end up getting either friendzoned or being a one time thing.

About my current situation...i've been orbiting a girl for about a year or more now and i just wanted things to stop because after reading TRP i realised this is pointless and i'm killing myself with the hope that someday she'll actually like me after opening up so much to her and being so needy and such a big pussy.

Thing is...after i've stopped talking to her about a month ago...ignored her completely ( ofc there was the occasional facebook/whatsapp/her blog stalking...alright who am i lying to i spend most of my time on those things ) she kept wanting to talk to me and asking me to come out and stuff.

After this , today i kind of broke frame....and told her ( not that i like her and what i should've said ) just that i didn't want to talk to her because i'm sort of addicted to talking to her and i just wanted it to stop. She didn't say a single thing...she just asked what she should do with this information and i said do whatever.

I'm kind of hoping after this she stops contacting me because if she does it again i'll be forced to tell her i'm crazy about her and i'll look like a fool in the eyes of her/my friends/everyone really and i actually don't want that...i just want out.

So what i'm actually asking (after this boring pure BETA story ) is how do i actually deal with this situation if she keeps contacting me...i mean i swear 1 month...i haven't engaged in any form of comunication and once ever one or 2 days she'd ask what's wrong and other stuff. I just want out and to forget about her and move on to becoming a better man.
