----TLDR----

My father & sister are moving to another area in march/april and I am unable to go with them. I'm half way through my diploma of web development. I want your opinions on ways I can handle this situation and push into a place of my own.

Before you comment:

While share housing's are cheaper i'm not interested in living with another person.

This is my main question however. So far these are the options i've come up with to handle my situation.

I bust my nuts for 1/2 months books down studying so I have enough skill to attain a job in web development. I've already got the one's I would need on my desk & downloaded on my laptop.

I study for 1/2 months and open my own business freelancing in web development. Two people at my college recently opened there own business together in web dev and they're going really well, charing upwards of $80/hr and they have new clients by the day.

Alternatively, and to me this is a last resort option, I get some shit kicker job while I finish my course just to have an apartment.

Do you guys have any other thoughts on things to do?

If you guys are supportive of the business idea, please recommend any books worth reading on accounting, finances, financial intelligence and any other books that would generally help me outside of finance with conducting myself.

So far i'm doing pretty good, gym all week, been studying throughout the day and training at night. Sleep, repeat. Personally i'm pushing for the business idea, it's going to be difficult but I respond well to pressure.

Anything you guys have to offer would be appreciated.

Country: australia Cost of renting: For a decent place, 300/400/wk. Employment market: Web development seems good but I have a short time span hence the hesitation.
