I have this friend who in in out group who thinks he is alpha but he is trying way to hard.

Anyways, a while back I had a problem with a guy at my church group and I asked the red pill about it and they told me to Ignore Jeff.

This guy thinks he can command me and tell me what to do. What I do is simply inqore Jeff. Do what I want to do.

Am I still doing it right?
