Hey everyone! I'm an 18 year old here who is really stuck. I'm at the point where I've been reading tons of Red Pill since I found it a few weeks ago, and have for the most part accepted that I need to make changes in my life. The problem is that I can't seem to gain momentum to start any of these things.

For example, I'm in my first year of college at a community college and have decided where I will transfer into for my third and fourth year. There is a really large scholarship available but you need to have "leadership". I know that I need to be doing things to build up my leadership skills but can't seem to begin anything that will help me.

Another example is girls. I need to cold approach a girl and I'm positive that once I've done it for the first time it'll be so easy because I'm not terribly anxious anymore and can form conversations. The thing is I've been stalling for 6 months since I've realized that this is something I needed to do. Instead, I've been jerking off, watching porn and feeding those addictions.

The one thing that I've been doing is starting to consistently lift, which is good.

I just need some advice on how to jumpstart your mind and get out of a bad cycle/rut. Thanks!
