Today I tried to get over my approach anxiety by approaching people. I approached one person to ask for directions to the gym. Ended up rock climbing. I asked for help from my peers. Recognizing my beta traits and purging them. Hit the weights and realized how weak I've gotten since high school strength training.

I'm deleting Reddit over the break. I'm off all other social media. I have books that I'm reading. 12 rules for life and 48 laws of power.

I'm working on performance of yoga poses. I plan to go to the gym. I've been meditating nearly daily.

I have a journal with various mantra's.

I'm back in therapy and on anxiety meds. Both are hugely beneficial.

Today I was just trying to live in the moment and not fantasize about interactions that are never going to happen.

Is there anything I should do in addition?
