new to Red Pill, been liking a lot of what I read and am finding that it really does align with my basic values

From ages eight to eighteen, I developed a stutter that killed my confidence. Luckily for me, due to improvements in appearance, increased abilities to converse, and general intelligence, my confidence from age eighteen to present (age 23) has skyrocketed, and I can talk confidently to almost anyone, friend or stranger, male or female, older or younger, basically everyone...

...except three people. My aunt, uncle and my ex girlfriend. The reason for this is that all three of these people have seen me in a bad light in one way or another during those stuttering years. My lack of confidence had lead me to be exposed in front of them multiple times during those years, and though I'm 99% past that low self esteem self, I still see myself in that low self esteem way in front of them, almost as if I'm intimidated and scared of being exposed.

Are there any red pill centric ways I can get through this small but annoying weakness? Thanks again
