Well yeah.. if you fuck up with a girl and revert to your BP thinking it's best to just next her and learn from it. It takes time my man. But the way you phrased this post is a little odd. I don't believe you "act alpha" with a chick. You need a solid frame, recognize your worth/smv, and dgaf what happens with women, that's being alpha in life imo.
