Often when I talk to women there is a nervous energy between us. I maintain a calm attitude, speak slowly, slow deliberate movements, which works wonders in cooling things down, but I still don't understand what's going on here. I'm certain they aren't trying to blow me off because they maintain eye contact, body facing me, no obvious attempts to cut the conversation short.

Is this a sign she's attracted and flustered or straight up intimidated or both? I've been told by many people that I'm really intimidating, but I do not know how to read into the nervous response I get sometimes. Is there any way I can calibrate to comfort them aside from just being cool and collected?
