I'm in a huge library hall. There about 200 desks. There is one hb5 girl and a couple dudes sitting randomly. Hb5 thinks she is hb8 because girls are ugly here. There are no other girls in the floor and there are no better looking girl the whole fucking library because I fucking visited everywhere. There are some indian and asian girls but they are ugly. If I approach this girl, would it be creepy because of the situation?
Similar thing outside. There is one girl I find attractive. There are NO other attractive girl wherever I look at that moment. There are a few people around. It is like ghost town. If I approach her, would it be creepy because of the situation?

This is situational awareness. I don't wanna waste my leads. I'll ask for a quick favor, then tell her I find her attractive, then learn a few things about her and get her number or instant date. I'm not handsome. No pretty face. I'm just manly. Average looking.

It takes 5 seconds to get an IOI. Look for them. If you never get them, maybe you're unattractive?

Can you give an example how to look for them? This must be so basic that most people don't write about it in TRP. "Sit at a desk facing her from a bit far. Make eye contact, smile, if she smiles back, approach?" What happens is that I don't recognize the eye contact fast enough. By the time I start smiling, they look away usually because I'm a bit threatening and I look at them intensely because I'm trying to see if they are looking at me. I have to be close to someone to see their eyeballs. I can't recognize eye contact from far even tough I use up-to-date eye glasses.

I was thinking I'd let her see me without me noticing her. She would think I'm a good looking enough intense guy minding his own business. Then I'd notice her and approach her from side with a small smile. Then I'd smile more while saying I like her and let her feel alright. Idk I'm all making assumptions. I am sick of doing nothing. I wanna approach to girls even if they are alone because there are no one else to approach. I just don't wanna waste my leads because there are few and that's why I'm asking this question.

Yeah, be attractive and interesting looking.

I think I'm one of the most interesting looking and attractive guys in that whole library. All I need to do is be relaxed and talk. Actually I don't know what the fuck I am exactly because I didn't talk to enough women in my life.
