First off I want to say at the time of this interaction, I was in monk mode, so I wasn’t going to make it happen anyway, but I’m starting to think I overdid the rejection.

So a few weeks ago, a hb8 at my job was acting kind of friendly and I curved her and feel like I slammed it out of her mind.

So we occasionally talk for a few min here and there just to pass the time. Small possible IOIs,but no kino.

My coworkers are all into movies and we’ve been out to see a lot of them, but I don’t know her very well so I haven’t went with her yet. I talk to clients about movies as well since we tend to get a bunch of movie buffs in my line of work. She hears me talking about movie R calls me childish in a possible flirting way, don’t really know, didn’t care. Carried on my convo with the client.

We talked a few days later and I asked her if she ever heard of movie J and I tell her that she should watch it. She responded asking me “Netflix and chill?” Honestly I’d fuck the sun out of her sky but I felt like was just trying to feed her ego. I told her something along the lines of “nah it’s out. you should go watch it.” Emphasis on her being alone. Firm curve.

We talked again recently and she told me about a movie that I didn’t even mention in at all there, but she knew I’d like.

I’m not going for it because of other personal reasons, but I want to know. Would this have been salvageable?
