Yes.

It's part of life.

Take two textbooks about any subject you're interested in. You can find inconsistencies even in that small sample.

Books are written by people, edited and fact checked by people, biases creep in. That's why you do a literature review of everything you can access, collate the info, and the make up your own mind.

Which will only be the "right" answer to you. Your buddy Mike, even though he read all the same materials, will come up with his own answer.

That's why picking the tools you need to reach your goals is so important here.

They're tools. That's it. Bits of information other guys have learned through trial and error, and experience.

Am I right 100% of the time?

Bet your ass.

Seriously, I think I'm right because I have made my decisions within a framework that works for me, I've experienced a lot of life and women and therefore I believe I have value to add in this realm.

So my answers are the right ones. TO ME.

You're not me. So a wise man will take my advice, read all the other advice, blend it and marinate it and distill what he thinks will work for him, then a truly wise man will go out and test his theory.

Tools without a MAN to complete a PLAN are useless.

For me, I’m surrounded by people who will dodge blame like it will kill them. So concerned about seeming perfect.

OP, if I fuck up, I first find a fix and go about fixing it. If I’m asked, I tell. I fucked up and this is what I’m doing about it.

If one of my subordinates, superiors, contemporaries, contractors or consultants fuck up, I figure out what, when, where, who how and why in that order, and then adjust plans or pivot entirely. I also take responsibility for their fuck up on my project. It is what a leader does, period.

Now, mind you, I’m in a male dominated field, one that virtually no woman wants to compete in and most blue pill men run away from after a few weeks. This means that responsibility is respected and hierarchy is determined by a history of execution.
