So basically I spent 2 years reading and reading and reading and 0 applying, now im trying to finally apply it to the real world but im just so confused now.

To the point of when a event occurs I think about TRP said X, but also Y and then I heard Z aswell, then what should I do? And I freeze. This is repeating itself right now and I want to change this, what should I do? Ignore TRP and just dive head in? Read the basics and nothing else?
