He is virgin, fat, etc. but he's a fun person to be around generally. And I don't have many friends rn (first year in uni). I can sense I'm making him feel bad about his situation and he tries to one up me (made a fake IQ certificate saying he has 145 IQ which I called him our on it being fake in front of the other friends) and challenges me in weird ways. I sometimes just let him have the win to make him feel better, but he takes it as a genuine W and respects me less as a result....

What would you do in this situation?
