Hi,

first of all. be patient with me, my english isn't that good.

this isn't related to women as this sub or theredpill is discussing. but it is related to keep frame and the way I affect others with my frame.

I applicate for a job and they were interested in me. They immdiately invited me to an interview. my personal impression of the interview was quite good. I think I did a good job and the technical tests I did at the end of the interview were correct and I finished successfully their quiz/test.

oh btw, it's an IT job in a middle to high market company.

there were two in my interview and one of them told me he would mail me about his decision wether or not he would hire me.

now it's almost two weeks and I still have no answer in my mailbox. because I couldn't wait any longer I wrote an email to let them know that "afaik I remember that we arranged that he would mail me about their desicion and that it would be nice to have an answer since it would be helpful for my personal decision (meant as: I have other options. it would be nice if you give me your decision so I can weigh up)". of course I did it in a professional way of communicating this.

so now I'm in the second week. and still no answer (even after my mail above). what can I do now? wait? or mail them again, that I need a decision? I want to keep frame like I did in the interview. not needy, greedy, keep calm, etc.

because I think when I write again or call them to remember them that there was an answer mail to be sent from their site, it makes the impression that I'm needy of this job. and I don't want to take the risk of e.g. getting lower in my income/wage which I said in the interview and my first email for appliying there. could I make myself clear? like: when I make the impression of being needy and that I really want this job, as if I hadn't any other options, they could think to themselves "this guy wants this job so bad, we could poker a little bit on the wage suggestion he made."

I can't think of any other risks I could go into, except wage suggestion and maybe the neediness in general. I see it as a bad behavour.

any suggestions?
