Have your resume professionally written and apply in person. Many times jobs do not get posted. Unless your resume is properly constructed to get past HR keyword searches you won't even be contacted. Approaching in person with a resume that also works through online systems is the best route.

Furthermore, I won't even look at an application, online or otherwise, that doesn't have a resume with it.

Online gets you the best results, although if you found the job through an agency they’ll tax you. If you dont mind the tax and jobs are quasi impossible to find IRL then just search for your country’s/state’s official website for jobs or call human ressources. Oh and dont use Indeed, it’s shit
